At AeroPure, we’re committed to helping you breathe cleaner, fresher air and experience relief from allergens, dust, and odors. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days to see the full benefits.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days — and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period — simply contact us at hello@aeropure.com.au and we’ll help you with the return process.
Cancellation Policy
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will likely be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.
If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 60 days of purchase for a refund (shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable).
To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email hello@aeropure.com.au. Please include your Order Number or the name and email address used for your order so we can process your request faster.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to prevent damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.

Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item inside is in good condition.

Please report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@aeropure.com.au with clear photos of the damage.

If eligible, we’ll replace your item at no cost.

We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order quickly, AeroPure is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control — including courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen issues.
If you have delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is given and you do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
