At AeroPure, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders Australia-wide — no minimum spend required.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. Your order is considered “dispatched” once it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and in transit to your chosen address.
During peak seasons or public holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched. These will vary based on your location.
Australia: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note: During busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delayed processing or cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days of your order being placed to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you spot an error in your shipping address, please email us at hello@aeropure.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we can’t guarantee edits after this period as your order may already be processing.
Delayed Delivery
We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays can occur due to factors outside our control — such as severe weather, courier issues, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.
If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll work with the courier to get your order to you as soon as possible and keep you updated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

While lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement.
